Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the site:

Account data — if you sign in via Google or Discord we receive your name, email address, and profile avatar from that provider. We never see your password.
Wishlist & alert preferences — the products you save and the price thresholds you set, stored in our database so we can notify you.
Affiliate click events — when you click a store link we log the listing ID, referrer page, device type (desktop/mobile), and country code. We do not log your IP address or link clicks to your account.
Store filter cookie — a cookie named hidden_stores stores which stores you want hidden. It is first-party and contains no personal data.
Theme preference — stored in localStorage on your own device.

2. How we use your data

To show you your wishlist and send price-drop alerts you have opted into.
To understand which affiliate links are generating revenue so we can keep the site running.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

3. Third-party services

Google / Discord OAuth — used only for sign-in. Their privacy policies apply to the authentication flow.
Play-Asia affiliate programme — outbound links carry our affiliate tag. Play-Asia's privacy policy governs data collected after you leave our site.
Brevo (Sendinblue) — used to send price-alert emails. Your email address is stored in Brevo for this purpose.
Hetzner — our VPS provider. Standard server access logs (IP, timestamp, path) may be retained by the server for up to 14 days for security purposes and are not used for analytics.

4. Data retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Affiliate click event records are retained for up to 12 months to track programme performance. Price-alert email addresses are removed within 7 days of you unsubscribing.

5. Your rights

You can delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below. You can unsubscribe from price alerts via the link in any alert email.
