Nizu no Senritsu Portable (Best Hit Selection)

Hina seemed to be able to change the weather according to her mood, whenever she is sad, it would rain and whenever she is cheerful, the sun will shine again. If weather control is not cool enough, she seemed to have a guardian angel. She could not remember how she gained these powers exactly, but she remembered that these strange things started the day before she has to leave Shouwa Town. She was six at that time and was very unwilling to leave the town and her friends behind. Yet a strange child, a friend, perhaps, smiled as she cried and bit their fingers. He pushed the bitten digits together and tells her that everything is fine, that they would never be apart. Ten years later, at 16, Hina moves back to the town in an attempt to find the child and the reason behind her powers. Nizu no Senritsu Portable (Best Hit Selection) - Play-Asia.com
